Galvanizing plant Galvanizing furnace: The galvanizing furnace use the high velocity and pulse combustion system . The parts within the systems are imported from US and German. Natural gas, LPG, diesel oil are recommended heating media. Galvanizing kettle: The steel plate of the galvanizing kettle are made by special materials with low Si, low C, and a certain amount of Mn. The galvanizing kettle can stand the collision as well as high temperature. Drying chamber: The drying chamber makes use of the flue gas and is driven by chain-driven system. Chemical pretreatment tanks: The plastic plates can stand collision, with long life service . The Plastic King heat exchanger is used for heating of fluxing tank, degreasing tank and acid tank.
